About us
Our vision
For societies to meet their ever-increasing energy needs, they will have to expand their production and use of renewable energies as they are the only infinite resources on the planet.
This means that buildings and cities must become active components of the energy infrastructure. Transforming buildings and cities into decentralised energy power plants will require an unprecedented infrastructure upgrade.
For this to happen, we must identify profitable pathways and how to finance them.
Superowner empowers asset owners to become impactful "superowners" by transforming complex building upgrades into profitable and sustainable pathways.
Our story
Superowner, led by former Investment Director Philippe Le Fort, is an early-stage venture developing software to improve decision-making and simplify financing of real estate decarbonization at scale. Philippe was previously an Acquisition and Development Director at Tishman Speyer London where he underwrote over £1bn real estate deals and managed a £30m value-add project which clinched record-breaking London commercial rent. He has years of experience presenting to (and getting through) Investment Committee and Board meetings. Philippe brings a successful track record of venture building. He was formerly Head of Patrizia's smart building platform, Ambio, which he built from the ground up and deployed across key EU markets, future proofing over 270k sqm commercial and residential buildings. Philippe's background is both technical and financial. He has an MSc in Architecture from EPFL (Switzerland) and an MBA from London Business School. He is also a Certified Energy Auditor from the Association of Energy Engineers. Team members and advisers include seasoned senior tech and finance professionals with previous roles at Microsoft and JPMorgan.
